1. The membership card must be preserved, and it is prohibited to use it for anyone other than its owner.
2. Compliance with the instructions, club regulations, and general regulations, for example, but not limited to (observing prayer times, public taste, preventive and health precautionary measures, preserving property ..... etc.).
3. Non-members of the club are not allowed to use the clubs facilities.
4. Only parents are allowed to use the areas designated by the club’s management, while adhering to all instructions.
5. Adhere to the appropriate attire for the exercise of activities.
6. A valid membership card must be presented.
7. Membership is non-transferable.
8. The club is not responsible for the loss of members personal belongings.
9. The club is not responsible for any possibilities of danger and incidents that may happen as a result of participation in the activities or by inadvertent mistake.
10. Photos and videos will be taken during the activities as documentation and I have no objection to that, and if I wish to be exempted from this activity, I will contact the organizer.
Membership Conditions
1. Members must agree on all terms and conditions related to membership.
2. Completing the membership form accurately and truthfully.
3. Membership fees are non-refundable.
4. Renewal is done through the management of the club.
5. In case of card loss or damage, the management of the club shall be informed immediately, bearing in mind that the fees for issuing the replacement card will be (10SR.)
Member’s Obligation
I acknowledge that I have carefully reviewed this document and have understood all the instructions and procedures contained in this form and their implications.
Parents Acknowledgment (applies for those under the age of 13)
I have read the instructions and rules mentioned above, and I promise to review them on the club’s site, and as the guardian whose name is mentioned in this form, I agree to accept his/her membership in the club, and to absolve the club’s staff from any physical or moral responsibility as a result of damage incurred on me or him/her.
